Great spot for a morning stroll to blow away the cobwebs. Tasty coffee, good price, really friendly person-in-the-box… love these spots around Edinburgh! ... I've come back to edit this because I have had the opportunity to visit a number of times over the past month and really love it. Think 'really friendly person-in-the-box' massively undersells how much of a pleasure it is to have the morning chat with {insert his name here, I don't want to be responsible for misspelling it}. Also, latte's are delicious!

One of the best things I ever tasted in my life. Got one of these cannoli at the Stockbridge Sunday market. Super nice guy who was explaining to another customer how they get the ricotta cream directly from Sicily and they make their own pastry. You need to try them to believe it. Well done!

From the very first visit, I was impressed by the warm, friendly welcome and the clear passion the team has for coffee. The coffee itself is outstanding. You can tell straight away that a lot of thought goes into the beans, the roast, and the preparation. I tried their flat white on my first visit, and it was perfectly balanced—smooth, rich, and bursting with flavour. On another occasion, I went for a cappuccino, and it was equally delightful, with velvety milk and a bold espresso that packed just the right punch. For warmer days, their iced coffees are refreshing and just as well-crafted. No matter what you order, the consistency in quality is impressive. One of the things I love most about The Wee Coffee Box is the personal touch. The baristas take time to get to know their customers, often remembering names and favourite orders, which adds to the charm. They are knowledgeable about their coffee, happy to share recommendations, and always serve with genuine enthusiasm. It doesn’t feel transactional—it feels like being part of a small, friendly community. Though the setup is modest compared to bigger coffee shops, the attention to detail is second to none. Everything is kept clean and organised, and the efficiency with which they work is admirable. There’s also something lovely about the simplicity of it—the focus is purely on delivering excellent coffee and great service, without unnecessary frills. The Wee Coffee Box is also perfectly located for a quick grab-and-go. It’s the ideal place if you’re on the move but still want a high-quality coffee, and it’s far better than settling for a chain. The combination of convenience, quality, and friendliness makes it stand out. Overall, The Wee Coffee Box is a little powerhouse of great coffee and genuine hospitality. It’s proof that you don’t need to be big to be brilliant. Every visit feels like a treat, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who loves a proper cup of coffee made with care.

I just had an amazing, real cannolo here in the Leith What a good addition to the park!

Everyone knows the wonderful duo behind Tipico's food stand: Gabriella and Michele are passionate and hard working, and finally opened The Wee Coffee Box! I took a delicious cannolo which I forgot to take a picture of, and the quality is always there: best cannolo in all edinburgh, may it be regular or the amazing (and gluten free) brittle version. Whenever you approach these guys, they are warm and welcoming, definetly making my days better every time I see them! Claremont park is a wonderful setting and now they're offering delicious handmade sicilian snacks plus hot drinks (a nice addition considering Edinburgh's weather) They offer cool drinks as well and I can't wait to see the warm season, which will probably see them incredibly busy and acclaimed. Cute plus: they have biscuits for dogs, small details make things special. Can't wait to be back in the area and be a regular again!

Lovely man with great chat and great food! 100% recommend for a lovely pick up or for a lunch break from work! The arancini was amazing, highly recommended!
